Name of Project: The Quality of BCNA Podcast Series 'Upfront About Breast Cancer'

You are invited to participate in a study relating to how you perceive the quality of the online resources you use to obtain information and support for cancer. The purpose of the study is to understand how BCNA podcast series 'Upfront About Breast Cancer' affect your psychosocial outcomes and intentions to continue to use those podcasts. That is, we want to explore the impact of the perceived quality of podcasts on continuance usage intentions, health-information competence, coping, and self-care strategies.

This study is performed in collaboration with the Breast Cancer Network Australia in Melbourne and is being conducted by Basma Badreddine, +61 403 499 425,, to meet the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) under the supervision of Dr. Ali Amrollahi,+61 (2) 9850 9269, of the Department of Actuarial Studies and Business Analytics, Macquarie Business School. 

This questionnaire will take about 15-20 minutes of your time. If you decide to participate, you will be asked to answer questions about how you perceive the quality of BCNA podcast series, if you decide to continue listening to BCNA podcast series, and the impact on psychosocial outcomes.

Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and anonymous. Participants cannot be identified. All information collected will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of advancing knowledge. The collected data will be stored in encrypted files that will be protected by a password that only researchers will have access to. Personal data will be destroyed five (5) years after the end of the project.
