Over the past 3 years the COVID-19 pandemic has challenged the health care system and health care organisations in many ways. While the pandemic continues, and the impacts of the pandemic will be felt for many years to come, we thought that sufficient time has passed for AEHA member organisations to reflect upon the challenges raised by the pandemic and the weaknesses, vulnerabilities, strengths and (even) opportunities revealed by the pandemic.
AEHA is uniquely positioned to canvas the experiences and views of the entire health sector and to support a conversation about what the sector has learned and about how stakeholders can work together to sustain and improve the integrity and function of the health system.
To begin this conversation we would appreciate it if you could answer the following questions. The answers that you provide (which can be anonymised if you choose) will be aggregated and shared with all AEHA members and will form the basis of a public symposium to held later in 2023.
