COVID-19 has brought about a lot of change, uncertainty and isolation for teachers, students and families. These changes have the capacity to negatively impact young people’s mental health, in particular their emotional health (i.e., anxiety and depression).
Macquarie University's Centre for Emotional Health and School of Education are working together to find ways to better support not only young people with emotional health difficulties but also the families and communities that care for them (educators, parents, schools, mental health professionals).
We would like to hear what you need to better support your students' emotional health and wellbeing. We will use your answers and comments to shape the content and structure of the support we will provide.
